Nymphenburg Tortoise Vase No. 1949

A series by Ted Muehling, Tortoise consists of vases of different sizes, two beakers, a bonbonniere and a round bowl. Made from paper-thin biscuit porcelain these pieces are matte on the outside with a glazed inside. Muehling, with some experts in product development, harvested the idea in just one and a half year’s time. These timeless handmade pieces are shaped with passion and perfection.
